    Oil pressure guage

    My oil pressure guage pegged for an unknown reason in my 2000 Corvette. After checking the oil and filter I'm guessing the sensor has gone south. Can anyone tell me how to r&r the sensor?

    the sensor is located to the back of the manifold, it's a verticle cylinder jutting out from the block with a hose attached-if you have big hands, find a tiny friend.
