    Oil leak in between head

    Hello guys not really new to the forum normally just creep but I have a 99 camaro ls1 m6 tranny found an oil leak in between head and block on passenger side on number 6 is it a headgasket? It is not overheating any ideas?

    Can you post a picture so I can specifically see what you are talking about? It will be easier to diagnose that way.

    Any chance it is from the rocker cover and not the head?

    that's also right where your pcv valve lays.....my money is either a valve cover leak or a leaking pcv hose or valve. The orings on these valve covers do a pretty good job but if it's ever been opened up then all bets are off.

    Alright guys found out it is the head that is warped so ima patch
    It up until I can afford the heads I want thanks for the help!!!!!!!
