well after cleaning everything up it looks like is coming from the top of the bell housing. what could this be? could it be the rear main seal?

It's starting to sound like the OPSU (Oil Pressure Sending unit), Cost about $58. It's common for them to break. The OPSU over time becomes brittle from the thousands of heat cycles.
It is located just behind the intake manifold on the drivers side. You should have enough room to reach behind the intake and feel for it. If you feel oil that's the problem.
To fix - the best way is to get an OPSU socket from any of the parts stores for about $10, remove the intake (follow the how to install a new intake manifold thread in the tech stickies). Remove and replace the OPSU and then reinstall the intake. Takes about a couple of hours and is really not that hard to do.
Second way and much more difficult is not remove the intake and try to get to the OPSU. Besides having everything in the way you also are doing it blind.
Some swear they can do it the second way and have no problems but I look at it like this. There is a right way and a wrong way to do things.
In the pic below, the black piece sticking up with a green top is the OPSU. It has a wire harness that connects to it.
Any more questions just ask.

Valve cover leak in the same area could also be a possiblity, Rear main seals are rare these days, I'm not saying that it can't happen or isn't it.
How's your oil pressure reading? Does it fluctuate? are you not getting and readings? These will help point to the OPSU. It can have a small crack and still work.

yeah it fluctuate. Wen cold is above 40 and wen warm is rite in the middle at 40. I think is the rear main seal, cause i clean everything and i let it run for a while then i got under it again and it seems to leak from were the bell housing meets the trany and is deff engine oil. Im prob going to keep checking the OPSU but most likely im going to get the trany pull out to do the rear main seal and all the other gasket, trany bell all of them i guess.
Dam! there goes 1k for nothing you got to love this car's, im going to call the dealer as i both warranty, they better not bullshit me >

Well...look at it this way, if the rear main is leaking, you can have the clutch/flywheel examined while the trans is out. Better to know if you need a new clutch and flywheel resurface now than later on.

Since you're gonna have the trans out anyway be sure to replace the rear main housing gasket as well

Could it have been excess left over from the main seal getting fix? Like a sloppy job.
