    oh yeha...i have header but no rear sensors
    ..just front ones

    You can't use 02 sims for the front sensors.

    I would like to hear the proper answer too... I have the rear ones...but they are dead...and I have no cat... so... it'd be cool to know if the Sims would trully help

    no, the 02 sims only tell the computer that the cats are running fine (whether they are even there or not). When u get aftermarket exhaust, there are no bungs in the y pipe for REAR 02 sensors... the sims are connected and ziptied up somewhere. You can still run rich with full exhaust, to fix it you need a tune.
