last nite i was on the way home and i thought what the heck i'll open her up a bit. i was in 2nd and i punched it. when i hit the top of the gear my lights started to go out. as i shifted to 3rd they came back on bright. so i was kinda like . so i slowed to 10mph and did it again. ran up though 1st then 2nd and at 5grand or so it did it again shifted to 3rd and when i got around 5 grand i was watching the volt meter and it went from 14-15 down the 13 and every thing started to dem. what do you guys think?

think it may be the alt. or the battery? or what?

deff the altenator

that is what the car gets its power from when its running, once it goes, the battery goes quick

supported by the fact it went out during the high rpms
