Not really help but... yeah
I sold my WS6 back in 2011. I've regretted ever since....
Im selling my camper tomorrow, no longer need a full size truck so my options are a small truck or another WS6. I'm actually pumped to think I might be driving one again. How are your cars holding up after all these years? I plan to drive my... 5-6 times a week. Im very good on maintenance and taking care of my stuff

Depends on what I'm doing. Street or track.
But seriously for a 21 year old car mine is doing good.http://www.ls1.com/forums/f7/my-6-liter-build-174257/

A couple years ago I needed a commuter car for my 135 miles a day trip. I wanted back in an F-body and got an 01 Trans Am w 71K on it. Now has almost double the miles and has been rock solid. Little general maintenance and plenty of oil changes is bout all it has needed. So glad I got it rather than a new lil econobox car like my other option was.

There's enough high mileage f bodies out there to know these cars hold up well with good maintenance and any common issues are well covered. My 98 has done me well.... currently sits at 99k miles.

The main gripe that I have is that there aren’t any seat foam replacements available for 98-02’s, especially with the air bladders. I might have to buy 93-97’s and take a loss on the upper seat cushion because my driver side lower bolster is as flat as the middle of the foam.

Have you seen the cost to replace the covers for the seat. wtf.
RockAuto has them for $450-500. To take to a custom shop looking around $1000 for just the front seats.
I wish my dad was much closer, he can do that stuff and has the sewing machine to do them. I've tried to get him into doing it for a business but he's enjoying retirement too much. Hunts and fishes all year.
