First T/A that i own, ive had it for 2months and ive notice that everytime i rev my engine past 3500rpm i hear it a "strange" noise for the rest of the ride...its up front not sure where its coming from but it gets louder as im making a turn.

Rev it up till it makes noise and check if the fluid has bubbles. Happened to me in my 94 cuz air was getting sucked in

Check your belts for wear. See if you tell its coming from a specific pulley, one of them could be going bad.

Now. Where did the fluid go? Check your rack and pinion. The hoses start leaking as they get 12 years old also.

Check the bellowsas well. The rubber boots on the rack can collect p/s fluid when the seals fail. Poke a small hole in the boots and see if any fluid drains out. If you see fluid, there's your leak.
