    No start fuel pump problem

Hey guys I'm new to this site and here because I have ran into a problem I can't figure out.
    1998 z28 Camaro
    Ls1

I just put a new motor in my car and everything was going great until one day I went to crank my car and it wouldn't start and my gauges started going crazy and a day or two passed and now my fuel pump will not prime but my car turns over and I cannot read my ecu.
    I have checked:
    Fuel relay
    All fuses
    Replaced fuel pump
    Replaced battery
Checked harness for broke or bad wires
    Power going to the pump
Security light goes off after a few seconds
    No check engine light

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

So you have power at the actual pump, but the pump doesn't kick on when you turn the key?

Did everything swap over utilizing the '98 harness, or did you retrofit a newer engine and harness into your car? The '98 has a "one year only" PCM and there are apparently some differences. Like Scott mentioned, a disconnected or faulty ground can wreak havoc with electrical components. How about the ground on the back of the driver side head?
