no start!!!
got my engine put in 99 z28 m6 cranks but no start there is no fire and the gauges are acting funny the hazard arrows are stuck on and the speedo wrapped all the way around and is pegged and when i turn the key all the way off the tach everything pegs and goes back????

start with disconnecting the battery for a few minutes
