I found them at advanced auto sports over here in my city...thx guys I'm gonna try them out see the results

Had tr55 in for almost 3 years now,no complaints,great plugs!

realistically the way plugs are today you really can't go wrong as long as you stay in the correct heat range IMO. There are a lot of plugs out there I would consider to be "good" plugs.

I bought the TR5-IX (iridium) plugs from ngk, and seen an increase in mph....
SLP LT's, ORY, Flowmaster Catback, MTI Clear Lid, TB bypass, LS6 Intake,PP TB, Ram Air Mod, Tune, 3:73's, Deleted Cats, Deleted EGR/AIR

i completely agree with the NGK tr55 but what is the preferred gapping (.040 or .055)?

In the neighborhood of .050" is the most common gap setting.
