    New tranny mount (stiff)

    Put in the new energy suspension mount today and the car feels stiffer now , normal? i thought so because now theres no play because the other was ripped.shifts different slams gears different so is that normal??

    i think i'll do the motor mounts next , it sort of vibes when you first launch then smooths out

    From my understanding (or misunderstanding), you want to keep some flex in your system, and not make the engine driveline too rigid. I was under the impression that you either change the motor mounts or the transmission mount but not both.

    I changed the transmission mount.

    i did my motor mounts with prothane poly mounts as well... they are fucking great!!! i don't haev the "annyoying vibrations" that some people say they have... car feels like a solid machine now and not a sloppy pig...
