Well the LTs alone usually go for around 900 new. The SLP headers are notorious for having clearance issues though. If they are in good condition then I say you have found an excellent deal, just watch out if your car is low or you live in a place that causes you to scrape alot.

trust me when I say that will be a short line. If you're ok with dragging them on the ground then get them. That is a helluva deal but SLP headers hang way low and you're gonna drag 'em a lot.

I really like my Kooks, but they are pricey the only reason I bought them was that RPM cut me a great deal. QTP is another stainless brand that I have heard good things about. If you are on a budget I have heard Pacesetters recommended alot. I have also heard mixed reviews over XS they are cheap and stainless, but some have had minor fitting issues.

Here is a pic of I took with my cell phone that shows how low the Kooks hang with my TD setup. I have only scrapped once and that was very minor on a small mountain of a speed bump.

how much money are you willing to spend? You could go all out with Kook's or QTP's or any stainless header. A good less expensive header are Pacesetter headers...very popular. I've also heard good things about the stainless XS headers on ebay. Stainless will last forever.
