Try to grease the regulator and tracks and see if that helps.

Is it rolling down? If not then you're gonna have to take it apart and fix it-if you don't feel up to it then take it to a shop that can do it.It sounds like from what you're describing that either the plastic gear on the motor or on the cogged plastic "tape" that is connected to the window-or both- is stripped.Replacing the motor means drilling out some rivets after taking the door panel apart-if you're mechanically inclined give it a shot.If you're lucky the window itself is stuck and you can free it up and it will work fine.I'd at least take the door panel off and look.

It is no to hard to change out the window motor. I have done mine. You can get a replacement motor for around $60 bucks. There are instructions on the internet.

Sooooo--tell everyone where to go on the internet for the instructions.(I don't know either-I've got a service manual)-It still sounds like the window itself is stuck-you ought to be able to shove it up and down if the motor gear is stripped. Take the door panel off and take a look-see if you can figure it out.It will be kinda tough to take the panel off with the window in the up position-but it can be done.

Was just gona post that. You beat me to it.Be careful if you try this.It is spring loaded. When you drill out the 3 rivets. It will unwind.Follow the web page. It is not that hard. good luck.
