My 02 ss Camaro idling ruff and feels like turning off

Any advice would help.. My camaro is a A4 with 95k miles.. Has Slp lid, no cats, kooks long tube headers, 3" exhaust, not cammed... I just changed new sparkplugs (AC delco irridium), MSD Wires, front 02 censors,Maf censor and still idles rough.. There's a sound coming from the engine bay thats sounds like a lifter or lil knock.. Car runs good on the freeway, has heat...

What MAF did you install? GM or aftermarket?

And how did you replace the front O2s? Did you splice the wires or get the full length wire harnesses?

You might also check to ensure the spark plug wires are firmly connected at the plugs and coils, and the coil plug connector is attached.

The sound from the engine bay is normal in most cases, just LS1 piston slap. Otherwise I would look into the MAF and O2. Never splice wiring to a sensor and aftermarket MAF meters are not the way to go. The stock Delphi unit is good to 500 hp and it is what the factory intended for that car. Did you change the tune in the computer ?
