Muffler and Driveshaft fighting
I got the SLP LM1 exhuast, and after an incident two days ago the resonator is being hit by the u-joint. I spent three hours under there moving all clamps and trying everything, I got it insanely far like inch and a half from the drive shaft, took it out for a drive, and it was hitting in a different spot on the resonator farther back. When I hit the gas, does the exhaust jump up two inches or the driveshaft fall two inches cause it is impossible for them to hit. I even lifted the car up by the body to get all the slack out of suspension and I was still 3/16 an inch from the resonator at full extension. How is this happening. I am so close to duct taping my digital camera under there. Tommorrow I am taking the entire exhaust out and bending it major. It is really annoying. Anyone else have this problem?

define the "incident" chances are something got bent or broken, take a good look at everything literally.

I ran over a raccoon at a 110-115mpg. I had the car up on jacks an ran it in the garage. It does not hit, put it down and drive, it hits. Really annoying me. The driveshaft is straight I know it. The exhaust does not look bent either. I already got it way lower than it was when I had it on before but it still hits. You can see a polish mark on the drive shaft and the resonator so I know they are hitting. It seems impossible though. I am not going to live with it though, it sounds cheap like a poor persons car. If I can't get it, I will have a new exhaust professionally welded in and center dump it.

Check your mounts. hitting coon at those speeds would be like hitting a brick.
Something is moving that shouldn't be. My guess would the tranny mount or possibly an engine mount. You could also try unbolting the entire system from cats back and redoing it, letting it hang loose till it no longer rubs.

Did you loosen the clamp just behind the axle and twist the pipe there? That will change your angle and should give you plenty of clearance. If you're an inch or more away and it's still hitting then it's not because it's to close, most likely somethings loose/broke and allowing all the movement.

I am almost two inchs away from it at all points and it still hits. It has to be a broken transmission mount but how the hell is it moving WAY back there. I mean, the axle is literally right righter. Sure one end might be free but the axle should hold it that far back. I give up, I have spent 7 hours in two days time moving it every way chalking it to see transfer and all this shit, tommorrow I take it to a pro. **sigh**

ok. grab your tips and give em a shake, abd double check that all your hangers are square. They are hung on rubber mounts, make sure all is well with those too.

I completley removed the exhaust and put it all back on. Every hanger was off, every pipe was pulled out of the other one. I had them all on the floor. Everything with the exhaust system is solid.

Unless your rear end has shifted or the y pipe got pulled or bent I have no real ideas.

It's at the mechanics right now, I wasn't exactly thrilled though when I saw his shop. He has shit laying everywhere, and the complete internals of one transmission laying on the ground! At least I am not driving around with a bad belt squeeling loud as hell or a u-joint gone bad that squeeks insanely. Most people have that drive it till it quits or breaks mentality.
