    LS3 6.2 in 98TA

I have a 98 TA and am considering an LS3 6.2 crate motor from GMPP. My question is will my stock wiring and ecm work with engine swap?

Just curious why you would pay that kind of money for just 430hp?

I don't think 6200.00 is that much for 480 hp. The cost of building a new motor from scratch would be as much if not more.

Better off going 383 or a nice 6.0 with boost. A 6.0 with boost and your looking at maybe 6000-7200 depending on setup and way motor power

I'm sure the reluctor wheel is different. So you would either buy the LS3 shortblock and ask for the 24 reluctor wheel if your dead set on an LS3. If you bought the crate LS3 you would have the 58 tooth and it would require an aftermarket controller.

aggreed! your going to dump 6 grand for 430hp go 402 instead for about the same amount.
