LS2 intake swap on Generation IV Truck LS

I have a1959 Chevy apache truck that I am restoring. The previous owner swapped the stock engine for a 4.8L LS engine from a 2008 chevy express van. The engine appears to be in good shape so I am going to use it in my restoration. The one thing I don't like about it is the appearance of the intake manifold. Therefore, I bought a LS2 car intake (with fuel rails and injectors) that I want to put in place of the stock truck manifold. I know that I will have to use an idler pully relocation bracket so that the lower manifold will fit. The question I have is what throttlebody to use. The one from the truck engine matches up but I am concerned that it may not perform correctly. Any information/advice would be appreciated.
