LS1 Head bolt torque settings

Hi all,
Has anyone got a list of the torque specs for the head bolts on an 2004 LS1?
I have my bolts, gaskets and all new shiny bits ready to go but can't for the life of me find anything about the torque settings.

the only torque specs I have is for the f-body and C-5. Might want to check and make sure they're the same for your car.

Just the cam and lifters, I destroyed a lifter and cam at a track day.
I have a mild comp cams grind and GM lifters going back in. It has been a great time to dress the engine up too.
