LCA's will plat your tire on to the ground better (a must for lowered cars) and help to get rid of wheel hop... the panhard rbar will help to center your rear and keep it there... i'd definitly go with adjustable...

lower control arms control the rear end in relation to the body in the vertical plane. so the up and down movements of the rear, where as the panhard bar centers the rear/ controls the rear end in relation to the body on the horizontal plane.
lower control arms are a big mods that help stock to heavily modified cars in terms of traction. This is especially true with lowered cars..as the rear sits higher up in the body.
so adjusting the lca will help regain the optimal "center."
likewise with the panhard bar. the stock panhard bar is very flimsy and will bend ..this gives the rear end that loose feeling..it also has a bias towards one side (cant remember which) that is usually 1/8-1/2" off center...this becomes a big problem when you try to running a wider wheel, it also is bad for handling.
get everything adj. if you can.

It wil help the car?
I was watching then on eBay. Adjustbl panhard and lower arms for 160 all together. And non adjustable for 120.
My friend jst told me his are non adjustable. So is not worth it then?

if you are ever going to lower your car..aka change the suspension's geometry...adj. is needed. If you are also going to run wider rims ..a adj panhard bar at least is needed.
on a stock car that sees track or street light racing...yes lower control arms will help ...especially with the relocation brackets.
on any car a panhard bar will help in terms of feel and predictability in handling.
my panhard bar is one of the best mods i have done..it has help my konis and strano springs in terms of feeling solid now...it is hard to explain..but my car stock felt like it was always floating and rocking ...now it feels solid and very very responsive
