Low oil light
So I bought my car and had a regular oil change about 1000 miles back/1 month ago and I had the low oil light pop up. Checked my oil and the stick showed it was actually low. Added roughly 2 quarts and looks okay for now.
Should I be worried?
What should I do ?
What could be the problem?
Yes I'm a newb...

Sounds like normal ls1 consumption. Should be fine and I suggest doing some work to the PCV system to get it back to normal. About 25 dollars worth of parts and you should have that cut down to nothing. Also... if you had your oil changed.. they might have not put enough oil it to begin with...

Take it to a shop that does a free inspection.

My car has 101,000 miles on it and I put roughly
2500 miles in the 2 months that I have owned it.

change the pcv valve and do a fresh oil change. Also at idle pop your oil cap and check if you're smoking out the filler. If it is, chances are you may have a ring problem at worst case.

I think it was smoking a little when adding the 2 quarts I put in earlier today after I drove the car about 20 miles.
