Low coolant light
Did they eliminate the low coolant light/senser on the 2000 camaro SS? The light dosen't come on when you turn the key for bulb check and I can't find the level senser on the radiator. The owners manual up to 1999 talks about the low coolant indicator but the manuals on 2000-2002 don't mention it.

Yes they were eliminated, my car doesn't have one either. The sensor used to be a couple inches below the radiator cap on the radiator.

Good thing you don't have one... these sensors like randomly committing suicide. I've disconnected mine and electric taped it. I just periodically check my coolant manually now.

Yepp that was an early 4th gen nightmare, Lt1, Now all we have is a Temp sensor on the driverside head.
J2001 SS, Its not the car its the Driver that matters....
