Loud Whine from Motor.
Apparently I have a radiator/radiator hose leak. After refilling with coolant. Car has a whine.
WTF???
All these little repairs are beginning to annoy the crap out of me.

Yeah, I'm about fed up too but, I'm going to keep storming the castle. Just got my VATS problem whittled down to a possible bad starter but, will monitor this.
Not sure at all what might cause your prob though. Just don't give up.

i had to do in at night in the dark so I may have. this was last night. drove the car about 7 miles since then.
think that could be it? if it happened when should it let up?
had to get coolant late at night after the temp sky-rocketed up.
to big guns:
my VATS is shot too... lol.Last edited by The_Wretched; 01-27-2009 at 05:16 PM.

lol... I mean I'll let you know how not to get greased like me. I learned alot through this process and I'm almost there. Maybe.

yeah... have had it for a few weeks. haven't had the time or desire to fix since it isn't gonna leave me stranded. had to replace tires. one of the front shocks. my front rotors are warped. brake pads are fine tho... lol. shifter is terrible... lol.
now the leak. and this little whine... i hope the coolant of the belt diagnosis is right... come to think about it, it makes sense. wonder how long it will take to clear up.
i'm using some prestone stop leak for the leak. if not... it's off to the dealership.

Post up and find someone locally. All you need is to go to autozone and rent a pressure tester and pump that bad boy up.
