looking for info on turbo size?

Does anyone know where to get some info on IHI turbochargers.
It is a IHI VC31
Serial # RHB5
with part #E4EX-AA
A friend of mine has a couple of these turbos that are brand new and was considering turboing my snowmobile or maybe a 4-wheeler, but can't find any maps or specs on this.I was told it is off a ford escort that was sold in europe 220BHP, but couldn't make it in the US.(emissions)
Do you think this turbo would support 200 HP on a 800cc 2-storke.
Any help would be great.
