Lights too dim?
I've started to notice that the instrument panel lighting is pretty dim on my '01 Cam SS. Is that about par for that car? Even the light on the steering wheel (for audio remote) is brighter. I've only started to notice "cuz I don't use it much at night. I think all the bulbs are ok "cuz there's no dark spot, just really low light. The dimmer is set at MAX.

Not sure how anyone else will answer but i think the same thing about my dash.It does seem not very bright compared to other non-camaros..like my dads F-150 0r moms buick? Depending on how low the light is....i dont think theres anything wrong..just a design flaw maybe?

Type of bulb they use is cheep. Do a search on the dash lights, some have done changes to led lights and have had good results.
