$10 is fine with me for that filter. For me, the extra time I'd have to spend "shopping" for a better price is worth much more than the few bucks I might save.

autozone has the 1007 for $11.99

I presume Autozone has the HP2006 for the same price. Seems like I paid something near that price, or a little more for the last K&N oil filters I bought (for 5 different vehicles). As I recall, all the filters were the same price. Great filters, and the 1" 'nut' fitting on the end is a nice bonus convenience.
