Black- 2001 Trans Am WS6
Just got SLP lid, missing AIR hose connector
Just got an SLP lid for my 2001 WS6, but it did not come with the AIR hose elbow and connector to link up with the air hose that connected to the stock lid. While I sort out getting one online, I've been contemplating fabricating my own. I don't really want to go the route of connecting a breather filter to it and zip-tying it, I'd rather have it look neat and professional. Does anyone have measurements/part list of things I would need to make my own SLP AIR hose connector? Also, the lid has a hairline crack in it near the neck, is this something I should worry about?

IF there is no hose connection on it, you have the wrong one. Send it back and get the right one, also noting the crack in it.

The crack yes. It could possibly let small particles of dirt in that could cause some harm. I would return it and get another along with the AIR kit.
