Intermittent Radio and Window Problems

Wow, long time no post. This is my first time since the format changed. Anyway, here's my problem:

Occasionally while driving my radio will turn off (completely, not even showing the clock) and the windows will stop functioning. It comes back shortly after, is completely unpredictable.

Is there anywhere I can view a wiring diagram of the car (2001 trans am)?

In the fuse box I see a relay labelled "IGN", and I assume this stands for "Ignition". Both the radio and the windows begin to work once the key is in the ignition, before the car is started (there is another relay in there for the starter too, I believe). This leads me to believe that this relay could be a common source of both problems. Maybe there is some break in a wire causing the relay to drop out from time to time? Maybe the relay itself is bad?

Any suggestions or similar experiences?

Thanks, wish I had the pics because I lost a lot of stuff..

500 gig hard drive died around then too so I lost a ton of pics..

Some I had burned to DVD's but a lot of pics were lost forever..

I can't or I would @ least piece it back together..
