Are you saying you're not going to use a torque wrench? If so I would recommend one. Just remember, a torque wrench is only as good as it's calibrator. I get brand new torque wrenches all of the time and have to send them back for calibration yearly. PROTO, SNAP-ON, etc.......They aren't all accurate unless you verify so. You're dealing with aluminum and plastic here so try to be as accurate as possible for a problem free LSX.

Getting to the back bolts are a pain but doable. Just use the right pattern and be extra careful not to overtighten.

Remember, The intake manifold is in inch pounds not foot pounds, or at least it was on my car....

Yes...don't guess or you'll wind up with problems.

yes or else the o rings won't seal up properly. If you over tighten you'll break the bolt in the head and you'll have a bigger problem than you started. It's easy to overtighten without a torque wrench

Here's a torque spec sheet if you don't have one.

I just hand torqued mine....comes out to 7ish ft/lbs which is barely anything. If you can't do it by feel then def get a torque wrench...it's important to also torque it down in the right order and over 2 passes.
