inspetion?
i am looking to buy a car in virgina. it has no smog pump and no cats. the check eninge light is on. so i need to know what i need to do in order to get it inspected in north carolina. thanks

Find a small shaddy shop to do the inspection. What codes are you throwing?
where in nc are you bc there are alot of them in fay
J2001 SS, Its not the car its the Driver that matters....
