Injector O-rings???????????
installing my nxl kit last night and tore 4 injector o-rings. everyone around me says the local chevy dealer is the only place to get replacement o-rings, i have tried Advance, Oreilly, and Autozone, but the guys at all three places act like im talking freaking spanish or something and can't seem to tell me anything but we can't get them. H E L P!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! anybody got a idea????????? where can i get some replacements????????? reasonably priced?

When you get the new o-rings, put a little oil on them before inserting them !!! It will make life alot better !!! Bill

well i did but for some stupid reason nitrous express fuel rail injector holes are pretty damn sharp would have been a good idea to smooth out the top edge.
finally 551 RWHP!!!!

Maybe a large countersink bit in a drill. Just enough for a little taper...

thanks just ordered some from summit. I might try the emory cloth bit but i might have jacked them up by trying to force them( 0 patience ) just pissed i have to put off the rest of the install waiting on freaking o-rings.

On some of the race applications they make them SOO tight we've had to put the o rings in the microwave at the shop first to make soft enough to install without damage. 20 seconds per pair is what worked for us.

i didn't have any issues with mine. just have to be slow and remember they go in at an angle.
Cold Air Intake, Muffler Delete, Vinci High Performance Dual Valve Springs, Hardened Pushrods, Yella Terra 1.85 Rockers, Some Hydropdipped Stuff, Strut Tower Brace, Some SS Badges, boost/vacuum gauge, fuel pressure gauge, some checkered stripes, drilled/slotted rotors, ZL1addons Stealth wickerbill, Ruxifey LED side markers

well for some reason i kinda sorta wasn't paying enough attention when i tried to stuff them in. i think i got it now. first time dealing with NOS should be interesting. lol
