i use the reg mobile 1, not the extended miles one. and ever 3000 miles i change
but also to add the mobile 1 isnt what it used to be

The best way to help you out is to read Sarge's posts, then switch to Pennzoil Platinum 10w-30. Check your results with oil samples at Blackstone Labs. Your engine will thank you!
