    idle problem

When I come up to a stoplight or signal the push the clutch in and roll up to the light in neutral the idle will sometimes drop down to 500 rpm's and when idling at a stop the idle will be a little low and then after a maybe 10 secs it will idle back up to a normal idle , 800 rpm.

I have a catch can and the hoses aren't old at all. I have a vacuum gauge inside the car and it's stable at idle.
