How To Get The Black Bumper

How do you guys get the Black Back Bumper like the Blackbirds have? I've seen several cars with this mod and love it but don't know how it's done. Is this a whole new bumper with proper paint, are you painting just that area, etc.?

Most people I know that have done it just do it themselves..they masked it off scuffed up the area a little bit and hit it with some quality rattle can paint..if you like the dull look then your done if you want the glossy look then they rattle canned some clear on there and it looks very good. or you can take it to a piant shop pay 200-300 or so and have it done by a pro...

Yea .. I did mine and it was pretty easy ... just sand it and paint it! Mine has lasted for about 2 years now

i just did mine a week ago. masked, scuffed, painted, and then cleared.

Thanks Guys! I want the nice glossy look may end up getting a shop to do it I get nervous putting paint on my baby out of a spray can. Is $200-$300 about right?
