How Fast are the 2006 Monte Carlo and Impalla SS

they have a 5.3 LS series motor with LS6 heads rated at 303 HP. Any performance or Dyno numbers on thesae yet? If they are underrated, I may consider getting rid of my 2001 Z28 for one (2 year old daughter). If not, I will keep the Camaro as it still puts a grin on my face every time I drive it.

I'd keep the camaro but the new monte is impressive,, I test drove the SS impala which has the same 5.3L and all I can say is..... DAMN! Lot's of torque steer though, very nice car

One mag I read sait they run 14.20's and another one said 13.90's, so I guess 14 flat would be a good guess. The same mag tested a SS Trailblazer at 14 flat. See ya.

they both run very good but i'd keep the camaro, (can't have much fun with front wheel drive.)
