How do you change e-brake pads on an 01?
I noticed these were inside when I did the rear brakes but have no idea if I would need special tools or anything. Can't park on an incline the brake wont hold it as they are probably worn out. ANy tips?

I haven't done a set in a long time but I remember there being a bolt or screw at the bottom that held the shoe (one piece) in place. It was very simple once the rotor was off. If you had any shoe material left there is an adjuster at the shoe. I would think even if it was metal to metal it would hold if it was adjusted correctly.

The ebrake is manual adjustment. Pull the rotor and see if the shoes are still good, if so adjust them out a bit to tighten your ebrake. You'll need to clean the ridge off the drum so you can get the rotor back on over the tighter brakes.
