high volume / high pressure pump ?

Would like an opinion on oil pumps… high volume / high pressure… high pressure / standard volume …or high volume / standard pressure???
I just bought a high volume / high pressure pump for my cam bolt-on car, the car is a DD full bolt-on, 3600 stall, 9” with 3.73 it is getting a 228r cam this winter. What pump should I run?

A high volume/high pressure pump just takes more horsepower to operate...and your engine probably doesn't even need the extra volume or pressure. So you might be better off with the popular LS6 pump upgrade.
