01 ls1 throwing multipal cylinder misfire code only 1 and 2 misfire. have moved coils around,injectors around,checked for vacum leaks,had different ecm installed by gm tech MAF checked O2s checked cats checked new plugs wires and fuel filter compression great only 86k on car checked for bent pushrods even im out of ideasit only does it when its warm and intermitent.thanks

Fuel contamination/water in bottom of tank? Remove gas tank and clean it out. Just a thought

thanx for the idea about water in the fuel. i did check fuel quality @ the fuel rail with a fuel pressure guage siphon hose into a glass jar and it looked good.this was my first thought with this problem,central il. temps rising and falling and all. Ive also ben thru 2 tanks of gas since the problem has shown its ugly little head!thanks again everything is appreciated
