it almost sounds like your maxing out the IAC motor, look on the close throttle stop and see if there is an adjustment screw (on the stock tb its a 7/32 allen head svrew underneath the stop).....with the motor OFF try to screw it in about 1/3 turn at a time, then start the car and see where your idle sppeed is

Where does it need to be at?The idle that is. When i start the car it idles at 900-1100 just sitting still. Does it need to be lower? I may have miss spoke. The car drops down around 100-200 rpms well below 1000. Sorry

Really, because its a little scary i cut off in the middle of the street the other day. So turn it down a little at a time? And how low is to low?

try setting the stop screw to your idle now, then after you aren't stalling anymore, drop your (desired idle speed) in hptuners down by 25 rpms at a time and try it.
also in the (idle spark adapt) add afew more degrees of spark advance and retard (more advance, higher idle. more retard, lower idle)......your spark timing at idle can work a lot faster than the IAC motor.
if your looking at the spark advance on the laptop at idle it will look like the rocky mountains ( real peaky)

Ok i'll take it to the shop and tell my guy, because to be honest i don't know a lot about the whole tuning side of thing. That HP tuner takes knowing what you are doing or you will really screw thing up.lol

lol I beat my head against the wall for about a month trying to learn it and tune mine (i got lots of help from people on here) but it is just so indepth that its almost mine blowing, and you make one adjustment here and then need to change two or three other things in different sections to get it to do what you want
