Headlights out??
I have both of my head lights in the drivers side go out. I dont know what happened just one day they didnt work. Both the high and low only on that side don't work. fog lights are fine and right side side high and low beam are good. Anyone have any suggestions? Maybe a short in the wire? i don't think a fuse controls each side seperately. please help!

Check the giant connector that the headlight motor/headlight harness plugs into. Clean with electrical cleaner and replace with dielectric grease.

Yeah it does seem like the connector is bad. I started wiggling is then the motor wouldn't work either. (go figure)
I am either jus going to cut the connector out and sodder the wires together or try to find a cheap connector to replace it with. Thanks for the help I will let you know if it works.

well, before you start cutting wires pull that connector off and check for corrosion and check the sockets and what not. That connector could just need a good cleaning.

also i have noticed my front blinkers aren't working and that somebody taped the wires that go to the front blinkers together. did that used to have a connector between those 2?(blinkers and fusebox or w/e the wire to the blinker connects to) thanks again

Most likely they just wired in new sockets. Ive had to do this like..... 5 times now??? As for the connector.. I myself would contact LsX heaven .. a sponsor on here and he can get you one.
There is a world of problems from a DD from 98. Interior is good though, but headlight motors, window motors, bushings, are toasty. Subframe up resto... one part at a time!
