Headlight issue, fairly certain its not the gear

My passenger side headlight is starting to not want to move up or down intermittingly.

When down it used to get caught under the bumper(bumper got tweaked a little when someone backed into it). If you pulled it up to clear the bumper, it worked up and down fine.

Now as of late, even when its not stuck, it doesn't want to budge. Weird thing is, if i pull it up slightly then go try the lights, it will usually go up. It got about a half inch of play in it, so it drops back closed. It also refuses to go down sometimes, but its the same thing as when its closed, if I push on the headlight, like I am trying to open it more, then go try the lights, it goes down. When open, there is no play at all, its pretty solid.

So I am thinking its some goofy electrical issue. When I pull up on the light when it doesn't want to work, it must a short or something. Maybe the module is bad?

I don't know, I am out of ideas. Anyone ever see or hear of anything like this? Driver side works perfect. And occasionally the passenger will work fine too, but its been failing me more and more often now.

Clean the giant connector with electrical cleaner and grease with dielectric grease then ziptie it together tighly. If it isnt that its either the motor itself is bad or its the module most likely.
