Headlight

Ok, so i got pulled over last night because i had a headlight out.

It's the first time ive been pulled over in my camaro, apparently cops get sneaky when you have a sports car, in my buick or my moms durango or whatever, theyd flip the lights on and come hauling ass after me. But in the camaro, i saw him turn around, he crept up on my slow, i forgot about him, them BAM, lights on and everything, about 3 feet behind me, 4 miles down the road, i guess he know id run if he hit the lights while still gonig the opposite direction.

but anyway, light is out, low-beam, tonight i went out ,popped the hood, and hit the front on the light, with the butt of my palm, light flickered, did it a few more times, and its staying o.

Anybody know what i should do, and if i need to replace it, how do i do it,

Check the socket for corrosion or dirt. Could just be a corroded socket.

Ok, so the light is working less and less, does anyone know how to change it, i cant figure it out, its the passenger low-beam

i cant figure out how to get to the bulb though, its connected to the back of the lamp right? i shouldnt have to unscrew anything?

theres barely enough clearance for me to get my fingers back there, much less do any work
