Alright guys I didn't work to day so I thought I should check the gear on the headlight that has been making noise. It looks to me like it ok, it doesn't seem to be worn out. Should I still order the gears and replaces them any wayMobile Photobucket

if it's grinding it's that gear most likely unless something is binding up.....that gear is made out of plastic. Pull it off and try to turn it 180 degrees.....that works for some people.
