Head gasket?

Tonight was toying with a few cars in town, not racing really just a few revvs.... well I get beside a gt and he rolls his window down and saiz nice ass car, I say thnx, and he says revv it up, so I do, and they are like damn nice, I say thnx...then........ White smoke, all my gauges light up, car turns off... I pull over, open the hood. coolant smell, and white smoke... So im guessing blown head gasket right?? Oh and also I tried starting the car again and I heard a really bad knock, so bent rod, cuz when I revved, the throttle stuckk open and it red lined for a few secs...

Hows your oil look? Is there any mixture? Pull the plugs and see if any are wet or look iffy. Any Oil consumption or coolant? Sounds like a headgasket but to make sure, just check a few things, as far as the koncking, could be a spun bearing or something you broke by keeping it redlined, although Iv seen someone keep it in the redline too long and bend a push rod, wasnt all that bad.

Well, just coolant consumption, the oil is fine.. I didnt see any white smoke come out of my exhaust only from the engine bay in minimal puffs... The rods are all fine, the knocking I heard I beleive was when I removed my cai the airfoil was sitting sideways, so I think it was hitting the TB when air was passing through.. Other than that I have most of the top end of my car removed, I just cant seem to get the head bolts off..
