    head/cam 12 bolt upgrade

    I had kooks headers (off road) ls6 intake and sub frame to my SS this spring. Now looking in to head cam 12 bolt up grade.
    My dyno man likes a 240+ cam .That seems to way to big for the streets ?
    I do not want a drag car. This is a cruise night nice day weekend car only.
    I want to keep the RELIEABLE so please suggest some set ups .
    Also on a new 12 bolt for the streets 373 or 410s car now has a 10 bolt stock 342

    Well, with the mod's you have I think you would like the cheaTR cam from Thunder racing. It is a 214/230 .601/.578 117lsa. Good cam from Idle-6800. You could get the next one up but then it probably is not going to be the "cruise night nice day weekend car only". There are alot of options out there so just look around before you buy.
    2000 SS #1827,NBM,A4,leather,t-tops,lid,eibach springs,hotchkis lca's,slp lid,slp cold air induction,slp loudmouth,baer brakes up front,13.11@107 on street tires,12.90@109 on dr's....time for the cam and intake to be installed
