This is true.

However, its not a bad deal if you can find it on sale. I've seen it recently for $5 per gallon at Advance.

My brother showed up at my garage yesterday to flush his cooling system -- he arrived with 3 gallons of the pre-mix and I just had to laugh. The 50/50 in our area is $10.99 and the full strength is $12.99 at Autozone.
