Fuel Pressure Regulator location
I've gotten mixed answers from my mechanic friends...one says it's located in the tank with the pump and the other says its the thing located in between the stock fuel rails.
Which friend is correct and which friend should I tell to go back to trade school?

It's in the tank. The deal between the fuel rails is an equalizer that keeps the fuel pressure the same between the two fuel rails.
