FTRA set of SES fuel to lean code

I just installed the FTRA and whisper lid and now i keep throwing the fuel lean code......Its a 02 v6 and i also have a jet chip..what could it be

I've had FTRA/whisper lid on my car for years and never threw any codes. Double check everything and make sure you don't have any leaks, IAT is connected, etc. What code is it throwing? Don't know about the jet chip making a difference. If everything else is OK I'd contact fasttoys and see what they say.

i think its like p0171 & p0174......i checked for leaks and all,,reset the SES and it came back on

171 and 174 at the same time means you're lean on both banks - most common cause is a vacuum leak or a PCV issue. See what gearchatter.com says for those codes for your year.

i checked..its not a vacuum leak....how it happened was i was going about 110 and then the check guages light turned on and the SES..i checked the codes and it was lean fuel (both sides) and multiple misfire....

~110! According to gearchatter diagnosis chart could be a fuel problem also. Assumed it was throwing them only under normal driving conditions. Maybe you hit the rev/speed limiter or something? Don't know what they are on the 3.8

i think its 118 and it only turned on when i went past 110 and now it stays on....i had it reset and came back on now during normal driving

FTRA ain't the reason, maybe the install

I think the Jet chip is more likely the culprit than the FTRA...

thanks...i found out that my o2 sensor are bad
