Light Pewter Metallic- 2001 Camaro SS
You will hear nothing but good things about frost on this site. He did mine and I am happy with the results but I am basically stock.
Based on your mods I would probably take your car to a dyno. You can only get a mail order tune so dialed in. You will see better numbers if you go to a tuner/dyno.

his mods are so common thought that I'm sure Frost can get it pretty damn close

he's had nothing but problems with that car since doing the mods.....if I were Frost I wouldn't touch it.

Frost does excellent work with his tunes... however, he cannot fix mechanical issues nor can he make poorly matched parts run the way a proper combination should via his mail order tuning service.

Custom Swirly Black- 2001 WS6 M6
A street tune will get you the most performance out of your car. But as far as bench tunes, Frost is very good.
