Front Grille removal and installation help
I was wondering if their is a faster way to remove the front grille. I have never done this before and my 02 SS looks like you have to take the whole front end off to do so. I have created my own new front grille with an SLP one that I painted to match the car with Black "SS" emblems. I am trying to get this thing on, but thought there had to be a better way. Please, someone tell me there is a faster way.

When I removed my stock grille to put a new stull billet grille on it only took a couple seconds. Pulled on each side first, then yanked from the bottom, then yanked from the top. Sounds harsh but it never left a scratch.

I took mine off years ago and filled all the holes and had it painted. No grille looks best. But, be careful, there are at least six (maybe eight) connectors and they are tabs with metal clips. You can pull off the sides and then use pliers to get the rest off.
