    Front calipers

Been under my car today giving it some t.l.c, it's had to put up with 4 years of UK weather so it's not as good as I'd like it to be. While I was under there, I noticed the front calipers have about 1 - 2 mm of side to side movement. They're firmly bolted in place so I was wondering if this little bit of play is normal and what I need to do if it isn't.

    Thanks guys.

I want to say 100% that it's normal but I need to re-read some manuals first.

What he said,, Normal to have some play 2mm is'nt much unless they chatter when you hit a bump or pothole.

They won't or should'nt move when vaccume is applied to the booster.

    Sounds optimistic

It will click only occasionally and then only when I'm making a turn.
